Highlawn Inn Amenities, Rate & Reservation Info

For an unforgettable West Virginia vacation or last minute weekend getaway, consider the Highlawn Inn Bed and Breakfast of Berkeley Springs. Each room in the four unique buildings features air conditioning, color TV, private baths, some with whirlpools and fireplaces. Please be aware that all rooms in all buildings are non-smoking. Smoking is permitted on porches only.

All rates are double occupancy
and include bountiful gourmet breakfast.

Reservations must be guaranteed by one night's advance lodging. Two night minimum required most weekends and holidays. Three night minimum required for Apple Butter Festival. On special dinner dates, lodging reservations are first allocated to those reserving dinner.

Cancellation Policy
*Five days notice required.

Two weeks notice required for holidays or bookings for three or more rooms. Reservations canceled after above time periods will be charged to Visa or Mastercard unless room is rebooked. A $15.00 service fee is charged for reservations canceled prior to above time periods.

Personal Checks Welcome

Rates quoted have been discounted 5% for check/cash. Payment by Visa and MasterCard are 5% higher.

Sorry, the Inn is not suitable for children under 14. We are unable to accept pets but urge you to visit with any of our three entertaining cats including Gold E, the resident Inn kitty.

Check in clerk on duty Fridays 2-7pm. All other days 2-4pm. Later arrivals please make prior arrangements for note and key package
